You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
Ability to effectively relate to a customer
Must have Property & Casualty license in Arkansas
Must have Life and health license in Arkansas
Salary plus commission/bonus
