Job Overview The lady of the house is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Personal Assistant to provide trusted administrative and personal support, with a strong focus on bookkeeping. This role is well suited for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and enjoys keeping things running smoothly while offering thoughtful, day-to-day assistance. Responsibilities Pay bills and prepare/sign checks Track expenses and maintain simple financial records Run errands and handle returns Respond to invitations and manage scheduling-related correspondence Communicate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance personnel Manage personal correspondence (e.g., holiday and Christmas cards) Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable handling confidential financial and personal matters Prior experience as a personal assistant, bookkeeper, or administrative assistant preferred Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Schedule & Compensation 10–20 hours per week $40-$50 per hour starting rate, highly competitive and reflective of experience.
